HoldOS is built to keep each company’s property, resident, document, and financial records inside its authorized workspace.
Information used by the service
HoldOS stores the account, company, property, resident, lease, document, task, communication, and financial information that authorized users enter or upload. It also keeps security and audit records needed to operate the private beta.
How information is used
Information is used to provide HoldOS workflows, generate records requested by authorized users, protect accounts, troubleshoot errors, and improve the private beta. HoldOS does not intentionally make one company’s records available to another company.
Service providers and payments
HoldOS may use service providers for hosting, email, document processing, payments, and mail preparation. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe-hosted systems; HoldOS does not store full card or bank-account numbers. Features explicitly marked test mode do not move real money or send real mail.
Your choices
Use only information you are authorized to manage. Contact HoldOS support to request help with account access, correction, export, or deletion review. Financial history and finalized records may be preserved when needed for audit integrity.
Private beta note: security and reliability work is ongoing. Do not use HoldOS as the only copy of a critical legal, financial, or emergency record.
